cyrus imap rename mailbox

Hi all,
I'm running an email server cyrus 2.3.16 and postfix. I have a user who has recently married and wants all her accounts changed to her new name. I know cyradm has a "renamemailbox" command, but I'm getting conflicting info as to whether the command will rename the top level mailbox and all sub mailboxes as well. I've looked in the "Managing IMAP" book from OReilly, but that is from 2000 and they specifically say, at that time, it will only rename the specific mailbox named in the command. However they believe a "soon to be released" cyrus will rename all mailboxes in an account.
Anyone know what "renamemailbox" will do in 2.3.16, or the best way to handle my problem?
Thanks for any input.
