Console only lock / logoff

I'm looking for a tool or script that would lock the console after x minutes of inactivity. It must not lock or log off a session that is ssh'd in.
Anyone using something like this already?

vlock

Use yum to install (no need to compile from source).

vlock looks like it will work, but how would I automatically call it to lock the screen after 15 minutes of inactivity?
