Complex LDAP filter for ldapsearch

I have a sendmail/LDAP email setup.
On that setup each user can create some 'child' accounts. The difference between the master account and it's child is an entry in the LDAP named "manager"

The manager entry the dn of the master account. EG:
For user with email mang@domain.com, the 'manager' entry in LDAP is:

uid=mang@domain.com,ou=domain.com,dc=domain,dc=com

And for his child account child the entry should be the same!

So, I need to find all MASTER accounts. I am not an LDAP expert, so, I need your help. How should I write the ldapsearch filter?

Thank you
