Question clamav kills apt update procedure on Debian Lenny (stable, vanilla) x84

Currently I use Debian GNU/Linux 5.0 \n \l on one of my servers, in
production status. 64 bit. Running, among others server packages, the
following combo: clamav, freshclam, clamsmtpd, postfix, dovecot,
saslauth

When I do:
Code:
~# apt-get upgrade
I get halted with a clamav warning.
What to do when I want to continue upgrading?
