Faced with a problem at work with CentOS 6.3, worked the last 5 months without interruption, and more.
Last amended yesterday by webmin, removed some services from startup whose name Google has not defined as useful and I first saw them.

The machine hangs on startup hangs on dracut: Switching root, does not respond to ctrl + alt + del, when running through the init = / bin / bash does not see the network card in all the dances with a tambourine. No recent updates did not set (about a month ago, the last time).

Please help in solving the problem.

CentOS normally dose NOT auto start services it dose not need
95+% of the default services ARE NEEDED
about the only ones not are
bluetooth -- if you have NO blutooth devices
logging ( causes long boot ups) BUT NEEDED TO FIND ERRORS !!!
can be turned off AFTER errors are fixed

turn back on the ones you turned off

it is normally a GOOD idea to ONLY turn off ONE (1) at a time and then run for a day or two to see IF you do need it
