Unhappy Cannot Access the port 19345 & 20345 through squid

Hi,

I'm using Webmin control panel on Fedora 3 Linux server for my company usage. I've given the net access for LAN through squid. I can access every site with SSL or non SSL sites like as Trendmicro, Mcafee, Verisign, Banking sites, etc. and all works perfect in LAN. Now a day's I've purchased one software for my desktop for Trading purpose and it's work on port 19345 & 20345 for it's trade server connection. When I start this server it's establish the connection at the start for it's tradeserver but after that it did not respond anything. After some time it gives and error as failed connection. I can see the squid log and it just showing the following line for one time only then after there is log when connections fails, -

-----------------------------------------------------------------
1199943645.093 7129 192.168.0.7 TCP_MISS/200 39 CONNECT 202.138.122.106:19345 - DIRECT/202.138.122.106 -
------------------------------------------------------------------

Can anyone help me out for how to access or open the ports 19345 & 20345 through squid connection in LAN. I need these software workable. Also I had tested this software without squid on another broadband connection and it's working fine without any error. It's only not working under squid.

Note : There is no any Firewall or Iptables installed on this server.
