can not connect to CentOS when local screen is locked or no login


hi all .
i need to login CentOS use VNC, the VNC server is TigerVNC. but if local screen is locked or i didn't login in local. i can't connect to Sever. i know when i use port 5901, it works. but local screen is still locked . i need the local screen unlock when i remote connect to server. how to set it . can any one help me . thanks.
