Blocking mail to specific domain from specific user


i m using sendmail-8.13.8-2 in Fedora 6 server with MailScanner.

i want to block sending mail to a specific domain only from one or more of my email users.

example: i want only user1@mydomain.com and user2@mydomain.com cant send email to yahoo.com . but other user using my email server can send mail to yahoo.com

is it possible with sendmail ??
