Bind - view external update denied

I use split DNS and for external domain names, I have defined a subnet that can update and do zone transfers.

But in my log file, I see some unknown clients trying to get an update of my zone file and it's been denied. eg.

"client 28.12.45.243#56864: view external: update 'domain.com/IN' denied"

Does anyone know why this happens and whether I need to worry about it?

Thanks.
