Attempting RHEL7.6 and connecting via ssh -X, VNC, RDP...from rhel7/6 or fedora30

We have a RHEL 7.6 (main) machine that we are trying to connect to via ssh -X for a GUI remote session from other rhel7 or fedora30 systems

We have only been able to connect via a regular ssh session.
We have not been able establist a ssh -X or VNC connection with our server
We have checked the /etc/ssh/sshd_conf file

At this time we have been unable to establish any type of remote desktop session..and are looking for assistance in working out this issue.

Thanks,

Is the X-server running on the remote machine? Is there a GUI on its console?

Yes...each system has a fully working GUI ....its only when we are trying to connect remotely that we are only able to establish a cli session

You must have error messages somewhere, for example the X log file or the VNC log.
