Apache RewriteRule does not do what I want?

The first 6 lines tell me what I want, but I am in no way able to process this into (a) decent RewriteRule(s) for my .htaccess Apache Configuration File.
mydomain/nl = www.mydomain/nl.php
mydomain/en = www.mydomain/en.php
mydomain/nl/ = www.mydomain/nl.php
mydomain/en/ = www.mydomain/en.php
mydomain/nl/blaat = www.mydomain/nl.php/blaat
mydomain/en/blaat = www.mydomain/en.php/blaat
^/en$ en.php
^/en/(QUERY).html$ en.php/QUERY
If anybody could help me get into the right way, that'd be greatly appreciated!
