Hey,
I am attempting to allow services into a server using ProxyPass.
I have a java instance running on a proxy server, that forwards requests to a back-end server for SOAP purposes. There is documentation on the back-end, (as part of the SOAP services) that I need to be served up directly to external users without any of the other services being ProxyPassed in apache.
i.e.
Port 8080 Java process running on proxy server.
proxy:8080/server/application -> uses Java process on port 8080 of proxy
proxy:8080/server/documentation -> proxy passed to backend server
proxy:8080/server/images -> uses Java process on port 8080 of proxy
I can't see how to use ProxyPass for specific ports, and, when the following is set
proxy /docs /backend/documentation,
this is successfully "Proxy-passed", when accessing on port 80, but not 8080..
Doubt this is a good enough explanation to illicit a response, but here's hoping
