If you download the ogg file and then play it from your computer, does it display the time as expected?

Yeah if i select "save to" in firefox and then open the file in my music player it will show the time remaining and i can use the seek bar.
Am i the only one experience this? If you have access to a apache webserver you can test it yourself. Just place an mp3 or ogg under /var/www/htdocs or whatever your webroot is then enter the URL in firefox or directly in xmms or some other music player.
Anyone know if you get the same result from IIS?
Just tried it with Windows Mediaplayer 9 and Illuminable's Ogg directshow filter, looks like wmp behaves as the other players.
Hmm looks like it's a music player feature, if i use xmplayer for windows then i can use the seek bar and see the remaining time of the song. Maybe xmplayer "cache" the song before playing it.
