apache NO_LINGCLOSE


I read here about NO_LINGCLOSE
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/misc/perf-tuning.html
but i can't find http_main.c on my server. may be the filename is deferent? please help

Did you compile Apache ?

Did you read the thing you quoted ?

"If you want to play with fire and disable this feature you can define NO_LINGCLOSE, but this is not recommended at all".

This means it is not already defined. You actually need to know what you are doing. But according to the creators of the software, you shouldn't do it !
