apache 2.4 what module is needed to support <Directory /> directive

Running Apache 2.4.6 on CentOS 7. I think I might have removed a needed module. It won't start and the error message is:

Code:
AH00526: Syntax error on line 104 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:
httpd[12064]: Invalid command 'Require', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server config
Line 104 is the Require line in:

Code:
#
# Deny access to the entirety of your server's filesystem. You must
# explicitly permit access to web content directories in other
# <Directory> blocks below.
#
<Directory />
    AllowOverride none
    Require all denied
</Directory>
I've been searching through the Apache documentation, but can't seem to find what module is required for this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Quote:

The module for the "Require" directive is mod_authz_core
See this for more details
