All domains are pointing to the default directory and not their assigned directory

Our linux box,
As i was experimenting on the server, The server now only dissplay's the default website on the server. So no matter which domain is hosted on apache, it all goes to the default website.

So if i point another A-record then add the domain to apache, it will the server will not point to that domain's default directory.
I have checked the apache config, seems to all be fine.

Hi,

You should tell us your distro and how you've installed apache. Different distros use different ways to configure apache, so giving more details could be more useful. Also you should post the apache vhosts configuration.

What is the output of
Code:
httpd -S

Hi,

In Ubuntu you define apache vhosts using config files under /etc/apache2/sites-available. E.g. to create/edit a vhost named example.com you need to add/edit /etc/apache2/sites-available/example.com. After making the necessary changes in that file, you have to run:
Code:
sudo a2ensite example.com
to enable the vhost and then restart apache.
Read the official documentation here, or use google to find more detailed examples.

Regards

ERROR: Site example.com does not exist!
Is there a way to rebuild apache to gain default configuration without removing sites-available?
