Question AD Unix Attributes and Linux Fedora creating /home/user

Please, I have Win 2003 Server with Active Directory installed and a Fedora as POP3 server. When the Unix Attributes is filled into AD, my Fedora server can create the POP3 user account into itself automatically, but I don't know how to create the home folder (ex: /home/myuser) to new user automatically like POP3 user account.

Suggestions?

Obs: just to knowledgement, I didn't created both.

* thanks, i hope you has understood
