About SIP server

I am using my SIP Server on the base of Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS release 3 (Taroon update 9).

From the day of binning I face a major problem - admin or user authentication problem of this server.

After 2/3 days of live operation I cannot access the server VIA GUI mode or SSH/telnet mode, where as I can ping the SIP server or browse the IP of that server in GUI mode.

I received following error at that time if I am try to access the system:

I received this error in GUI mode that time: Login failed - Incorrect user name/password.

and in ssh or telnet access mode via puty: Network error: Software caused connection abort.

I need to restart the system manually to access the server via GUI mode or SSH/Telnet mode.

Please help me to solve the issue.

thanks
