m using fedora 6 ..on ma system.......
im really caught up in a mess here.......php files are working ......perl files are working......html files are working ...but y .cgi files and .sh files are not working on my apache.....


can anyone please help me out....

Everything I do, I get it as a problem with permissions...

Since your configs seem okay, could you recheck file and directory permissions? You can try to disable SELinux for Apache, if you use it. You can try another distro (virtual ofcourse) to check if you're sane
