Wink What do you think of OpenSSL?

Hello Fellas,

An Author has suggested OpenSSL in a tutorial I was reading about network programming (you know sockets etc), I surfed to OpenSSl.org and read about it.
later then I found out that I've alot of man pages on my Suse box talking about libssl and libcrypto (which are both part of the OpenSSL project).
actually I just skimmed thru the SSL man pages and found that the implentantion is quite easy , the functions are almost the same as those of regular Berkley Sockets only that the word "SSL" is used at the beginning of each function name . lol

anyways , I thought that it wouldn't hurt making a topic about what you guys think of OpenSSl so
feel free to comment...

and thanks
