trusteer rapport security

What is the latest on trusteer rapport security? I am in the process on moving my office to a 100% Linux shop, and the bank that has my business accounts just announced forced implementation of trusteer rapport. I have already sent a protest e-mail. Other than changing banks, what else can one do?

My bank suggests the use of Trusteer but doesn't require it. I'm not sure they legally could here. I don't sue it as I don't care to have confidential banking data funneled through a third party. In any case I'd advise them that business security policy prohibits third party handling of financial data and they risk losing business customers over both that and system incompatibilities.
