If they can get on the internet and you can get on the internet then no amount of guest access will help is my opinion.

Many routers offer a way to allow some sort of guest access and others by default limit access between wifi and hard wire. (found that out the hard way)

The most easy way might be to use the cheapest router like a hootoo and load openwrt on it maybe. Attach it to your system. Not sure it your current router would support openwrt or not. May not be worth risking it.

The best way might be to use a firewall appliance or even something as small as a Pi to act as a firewall of guests. You shouldn't let anyone on there that might access bad sites.
