SSH on sls-ae9p11: PROBLEM

Hi all,

SSH on sls-ae9p11: PROBLEM

i recived this alert from my server maintenance provider , even i checked the ssh logs, i didnt find any entry like this, is this a any error code,?? or normal alert, currently i am not able to contact my server maintenance provider, so please give any suggestion to identify this.

SSH on sls-ae9p11: PROBLEM
The only reference I could find to sls-ae9p11, besides links to this thread, is this whois report, but I am not sure how helpful it will be.

Sorry, but I think this is what your are going to have to do. This requires more information. If you have PAID for service, you need to take it up with the service provider if your not getting the support your bought. There just doesn't seem to be enough to go on here.
