Lightbulb Should I use root for sslstrip?

Hello everyone, last week, I was watch a course on Udemy about hacking on Kali Linux, and I just learned sslstrip attack, and I'd like to know if I should use root for this sort of attack, not even sure if I should call it an attack, but anyway, is it more secure, to hide myself, to use a user? Because I couldn't use all of the commands as one of my users.

Asking that is not in line with what LQ stands for. Please rephrase. Or visit a board that condones such activities.
