rkhunter spawn many warning

While running rkhunter I have run on many warnings.
Yes I have updated many files on the system but 41 warning of suspected files is just too many.

Tell me what should I do ? Am I infected ?

You're not running the version we advertise: 1.4.0 was released March 1st 2012.

Using the README, FAQ, hints in rkhunter.conf and nfo in the rkhunter users mailing list (archives) you should be able to solve ninety nine per cent of your problems. I'm not telling you to RT(F)M but to use the resources that are available to you efficiently. Feel free to ask for help with problems that can't be solved using those resources.
