Restrict WINSCP on Fedora server

How would I restrict a windows user (using WINSCP) from:
1. Being to see anything in the file structure on the linux server EXCEPT his own home directory.
2. Disallow an SSH login.
3. Disallow any command execution.

I tried scp_only ( it allows the user to see the entire linux machine) and jailkit ( WINSCP doesn't like jailkit).

Thanks for any help.

Have you tried rssh? I've haven't tried it out, but according to the docs it does work with WinSCP if you modify it to use SFTP.
