2) if I turn off the Nat on my router, I can access the webpage on my server. But when I turn Nat on I cant seem to access my webpage or my server. can someone help me! :-)

but cant because of Nat. When I turn off Nat on my router, then I can access the webpage remotely
i can access the webpage locally but not remotey
Can you post the ip addresses you try to conenct to when the router is in each state and when it doesn't work? If you use a domain then write it as domain.com or if it is an external ip then use 1.2.3.4 - this is just for security.
