It is possible, but you shouldn't do it. Investigate sudo instead. Have the root password known only to yourself, then put your admins into the wheel group and enable wheel group access through sudo.
The advantage to this is that your admins will log on as themselves and then execute root commands using sudo. These commands are logged, so you will have an accountability trail.
