Mutt with Kerberos

Ok i am trying to get Mutt to work with Kerberos and Dovecot and have modified the dovecot.conf file to the extent i think i need by adding gssapi to the mechanisms.

Dovecot.conf
Quote:
mechanisms = gssapi plain
And modified /etc/Muttrc file
Quote:
## Namit imap settings
set hostname="myhost.info"
set folder="imaps://mail.myhost.info/"
set imap_user="`whoami`"
set imap_authenticators="gssapi"
set postponed="+INBOX.Draft"
#set record="+INBOX.Sent"
set spoolfile="imaps://ns1.namit.info/INBOX"
now am getting and error when connection to imap Mutt output "No authentication available"

I have also tried

Quote:
set imap_authenticators="gssapi:login"
and this works but its only because its falling back to login because gssapi does not work.

Can anyone help?
