Managed servers by an Intrusion software

Hello,

Any one can share open software that has some functions:
as well as to ensure the safety of authorized internal user mistakes, or protecting data from malicious access and clear access path to the future security of the Audit and Control solution to prevent accidents(managed remote control, ssh, telnet sessions...).
P/S: my infrastructure including Microsoft OS and Linux platform.
Any help would be appreciated,

Best regards,

Since you've had no replies yet maybe you could clarify what you have already found and use yourself?
