Logging arguments with laus

I recently began experimenting with laus on a RHEL 4 system. My goal is to have it logging the same type of things that BSM logs under Solaris. I stumbled upon the capp.rules file, and with a couple modifications, have it logging way more information than I need.. except for one thing. I can't seem to get command-line arguments to appear in the audit logs. Has anyone successfully logged command arguments, and if so, could you point me in the right direction as to how to set this up?

Thanks!
