ldap & active directory


Hi
Is there a way to take usernames and passwords from active directory
to ldap?
and which schema I should use to serve active directory and samba?

yes there is - active directory is an ldap server.....

I have been considering this in my hp-ux environment, but I really haven't had the time.

i guess you'll need to populdate ad with posix accounts and install ldap client on your client machines.......
