issue.net message showing when you start to log in

I inherited a new client & Centos 7 server.

It has this flash on the screen before you even get logged in

Pre-authentication banner message from server:

Where would I go to disable this?

I can't see any reason I would like to tell someone who we are and where we are all of which is in the issue & issue.net file.

Thanks for the help.

If you're talking about when you connect to the server via ssh, that's controlled by the Banner directive in /etc/ssh/sshd_config on the server. I thought it defaulted to none, but if it's set, that's where to turn it off.
I have content in /etc/ssh/ssh_banner:
Code:
************************************************************
*                       ******                             *
*                AUTHORIZED ACCESS ONLY                    *
* Login to this server is limited to authorized users only *
* Proceed ONLY if you are an authorized user. *
* Attempts to circumvent user authentication or security *
* of any host, network, web server or account will be *
* logged and prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. *
*                       ******                             *
************************************************************
If that's not what you're referring to, please clarify.
