i would like to know if there's anyway to install a linux base firewall on router in general and on linksys BFSR41 in specific?
if there is, i hope someone will guide my or will give a guide and a Distribution.
well it might be "possible" but peoples interpretation of "possible" varies horrifically. many routers are based on linux, but they are certainly not based on a real distribution. it's low level kernel functionality, and occasionally a form of shell access. as such there are a few alternative firmware's out there which hackers have assembled, but it's not really Linux as you'd know it. for example: http://openwrt.org/ but this appears to be for the wrt54g only.
