I need back into my network
I have lost my home network to hackers but I heard that there is a version of Linux Live Cd that will over run any network security features and passwords. Can anyone tell me where I can get this at, I need to get some business files off of it before I reinstall the OS and take full control.

I think you need to provide more information. Your description seems a little vague and including plenty of details is always helpful.
Some things to include: What operating system are you running? Where are your business files stored, on the local machine or on a server? Roughly how big are these files? Where will you be saving them to? And, of course, why can you not access your files, what actually happens?

Try Knoppix or Kantonix, these are both live distros that might get you out of trouble

Yes a bit vague, how have you lost the network? Has someone crashed the computer wiped all the data or partition tables? is it a windows or linux OS?
