Question How to limited the mount user login

I'm not sure if this is truly a security question or not, but I need to know how to limit the total time a user can spend logged on my debian box. All I can found on the internet are ways to restrict a user from logging on my debian box at certain time of day. I need something that will allow an user to login at any time during the day and limit the time they have each day.
