how can i copy the file without superuser account?

What are you trying to do ?

As an user, you can't, unless you change the permissions yourself. You may try with a Live-CD.

You can't - it's not supposed to be accessed directly by a user unless the user is root or in the shadow group. Oh, and normal users shouldn't be in the shadow group
