designing security policy for organisations

Howdy Guys
Well I am looking for some help regarding making / developing security policy which system administrators follow (they may have developed that policy themselves). Anyways could anyone of you please guide or refer me to some of the sources from where I can get the idea like how to develop the security policy, any samples will be highly appreciated
please reply soon
As time is very short
ciao

Twilli227, with all due respect, but if you can't offer anything constructive to a thread in the Linux - Security forum apart from pointing to Google, please move on to another question.

Sadiboyz, here's 3 links that could help you research what your policy should contain: here's a Google cache of Infosyssec, the The SANS Security Policy Project and Windowssecurity.com's Policy & Standards section. Right. The last one is at a w32 site, but the contents are really worth reading IMHO.
