chcon - how to find out context options?

I need to know what context options I can apply to directories and files. Where is a good place to search for this? I am using CentOS5

man chcon only shows the options, but is not specific in specifying what roles and types I can apply.

info chcon is the exact same thing as man chcon.

For example, I needed to set my /var/www to:

Code:
drwxr-xr-x root root system_u:object_r:httpd_sys_content_t www
Now, imagine for a second that I had no access to the internet. How would I have figured out that the context type would have been httpd_sys_content_t? There would be no way I could look that up in the man and info page. I googled up some stuff for chcon but not clear documentation on what types and roles are available.

I am taking my RHCE exam and I need to know this.
