Bluetooth MS ergonomic mouse, keyboard separate keypad security measures

Due to Ehlers Danlos Syndrome I have stretchy ligaments and am prone to RSI, pain when typing or mousing. I really like a bluetoothed Microsoft ergonomic keyboard, mouse, keypad. For me it is better than an older wired MS ergonomic keyboard.

I have bluetooth and wifi disabled on all devices, but use a Siemens BT transmitter plugged into TV RCA or audio out on devices to pair with a remote control unit [RCU] that communicates with my "hearing instruments" basically programmable computers. Similarly for mobile phone, as I don't want to enable bluetooth on the phone to communicate with the RCU directly. This means the RCU can't automatically switch between TV and phone for example, like it was designed to do. Some a'hole neighbour finds it amusing to hack tablet and laptop via bluetooth, then tries to turn on wifi [no wifi network anymore]. I actually have a screen capture from Linux Mint 18 showing them trying to do this! Shows their IMEI as well, and that they use Optus-Singtel.

The kb, mouse, keypad drivers are loaded on booting. What can I do if anything apart from turning BT and scanning and discovery off, to prevent them hacking the kb, mouse, keypad BT connection? It does use AES encryption.

Any help is appreciated, up to locating and inflicting physical harm on this a'hole. Thankfully I haven't found any hacks for my bluetoothed "hearing instruments" and RCU and Siemens bluetooth transmitter. It just means I can't easily use them with my devices via bluetooth directly, as designed by manufacturer. I have to take the transmitter from device to another device, plug it in and re "pair" it on new device like mobile phone, while trying to talk / hear on the mobile. It's not easy finding "techy" or linux hearing forums. I'm finding it a steep learning curve for dealing with these issues as I've only recently started using hearing aids.

I know this is a bit unusual but I'm just concerned about the keyboard issue.

Yep, a police visit & a "cease and desist" order re them rummaging through our mail even when requested to stop doing so, then doing it again, hacking relentlessly, repeated trespassing, refusal to leave property after being requested to do so politely x 6. I've had to ask all of them individually to stop trespassing. They've had their child playing repeatedly on both of our driveways. They simply have no concept of "boundaries" physical or otherwise.

A friendly visit from a really burly police officer may have more effect. Especially since the Australian Federal Police did act re hacking. I'm also considering practising my roundhouses. My flexibility makes me a natural at them!

Some bastard is hacking me now so will attend to that. Thanks.
