blocking ssh for only 1 user

I have a server where users are allowed to login, but on this server i have one user which i want to only be able to login from 1 cetain host. How can I go about doing this? Is this some how possible using hosts.deny or hosts.allow ? and how can I also do this with telnet?

Yes, in /etc/hosts.allow

but that would disallow all the other users connecting to this server, I want every one to be able to login from the outside except one user, this user needs to be able to login only from one of my internal address (10.0.0.150)
