best antivirus program

I am deciding which antivirus to use for the file server that i am building for a commercial network of about 25 computers. Should i use panda antivirus or bitdefender. is one better than the other. All input is appreciated.

i use kaspersky on mail server side. i can say it is very good. it hasn't missed any viruses yet since may 2004. http://kaspersky.com/

u also have another choice called clam which is GPL. it is good, also free.

Also a free av program is sophie. You can also receive virus pattern for free.
