I think we need a bit more detail; what kind of issue are you trying to deal with.
Linux has a myriad of security related services & tools.
BTW, you might want to use the Report button to ask the Mods to move this to the Security Forum for better help.

What exactly do you mean by "cyber defense"?

It sounds more like a marketing term than a security term.
