Advice on SElinux Policy Editors?

I am looking for some recommendations on tools to edit selinux policies. In particular:

GUI Interfaces
yum packages neede to create, edit, delete policies
reference material on the policy "language"
tools for debugging policies
tools for deciphering FC6's security log messages

For "tools for deciphering FC6's security log messages":

yum -y install setroubleshoot

For reference material, see the Wiki.

Packages to manipulate policy:

yum install policycoreutils selinux-policy-devel checkpolicy

A policy editor is available here, but you can use any text editor if you want.
