Advice on Adapting Transports from Tor Browser Bundle to Tor?

Anyone know how to adapt the copious transport support in TBB to tor itself? Debian-tor only offers obfs3 packages, (though meek is supposed to be available somehow, I think). TBB has all the transports in py files, and I wondered if they could be adapted to debian-tor.

Anyone had any experience doing this?
