Simplicity Linux 15.4 Screencast and Screenshots

Simplicity Linux 15.4 Screencast:

Quote:
Simplicity Linux 15.4 is now available for download in Netbook and Desktop editions, both available in 32 and 64 bit versions. It is based on the excellent LXPup and uses their implementation of LXDE as the desktop environment. The 32 bit kernel is the 3.14.20 kernel and the 64 bit kernel is the 3.17.20 kernel. As usual, our Netbook Edition is lighter, with shortcuts to web apps rather than locally installed applications. Desktop is our heavier version, with bigger, locally installed apps like VLC and LibreOffice. We hope you enjoy using Simplicity Linux as much as we enjoyed working on it.

We're certainly open to feedback on them. That said, keep in mind that you can ignore any fora via your UserCP.

Hi jeremy

What's "UserCP"?
In any case on my side I see threads like:

Xubuntu 15.04 Screencast and Screenshots
Lubuntu 15.04 Screencast and Screenshots
Kubuntu 15.04 Screencast and Screenshots
Ubuntu 15.04 Screencast and Screenshots

To whom are they useful?

User Control Panel - click on the "Quick Links" menu at the top of the page.

They are useful to people who want to see screen-casts of various distros - probably mainly people who are not familiar with many of the distros (myself included). People can comment and discuss on them if they wish.

I think the main thread here has more discussion around people liking/not liking "these threads" - I think your hate comment looks a bit harsher on this particular thread than it would there!

Yeah, sorry - wasn't a real "hate" rating - just an "annoying" rating.
But ok, then I'm definitely fine with them as long as they're reachable from a search engine outside of this forum.

Uuuhhhh, "User Control Panel"! I thought FOR YEARS that it was just some kind of header for the next rows... .
Sorry & thx!
