Post US broadband plan in 'legal limbo' after court ruling

It seems that this is one step closer to a ruined internet in the states.

"America's broadband plan is in "legal limbo" and on "life support" claim advocacy groups after a court ruling affecting net neutrality enforcement."

Hmm, on the one hand, more government regulation.. well that's not always so popular around here. On the other hand, corporate regulation by unelected people with a monopoly, well that doesn't sound good either. I'll be interested how everyone here reacts to this court decision.

I'm quite positive that whatever freedom is left in this world is intimately tied to the internet and freedom of information. If the internet falls to some form of regulation or censorship, which it probably will soon, there there's not much hope or freedom left.
