Linuxfest Northwest 2012 Call for Papers and Sponsors

Greetings from LFNW!
The Organizers are pleased to announce LinuxFest Northwest 2012, and request proposals for sponsors, exhibits and presentations. Thanks to sponsors and exhibitors, the event is free to attendees again this year. Thank you for your support!

Take a look at the all new 2012 linuxfestnorthwest.org site to submit your session proposal, or to apply to become a sponsor for 2012.

http://www.linuxfestnorthwest.org/

Where?

Bellingham Technical College

3028 Lindbergh Avenue

Bellingham, WA 98225

(2 Miles south of Bellingham International Airport, BLI)

When?

April 28th and 29th 2012 - 9:30am-5pm. Afterparty on Saturday

***Presentations***

LFNW presentations are a big draw. They are informal and content rich. If you are interested in something, chances are good that others will be too. Please consider sharing your knowledge and experience; there is no better venue. If there is a topic that you want to be addressed, click on the “Contact” link and let the Organizers know. Popular topics will be posted later in a forum for people wanting to present.

PRESENTATION PROPOSALS ARE DUE FEB 15TH, 2012.

For additional details and application to present, visit: http://www.linuxfestnorthwest.org/present

***Sponsors & Exhibitors***

Generous sponsors make it possible to offer LinuxFest Northwest with no admission charge to the exhibit, presentations or the Saturday evening after-party. Since its beginning, the Fest has been supported with an outstanding venue at Bellingham Technical College. Other sponsors are featured on the LFNW website from the time they become a sponsor until the following year’s website goes active. Become an LFNW Individual Supporter and prepay some Fest discretionary expenses.

This year, certain sponsorships come with exhibits. If you are interested in exhibiting, please choose the sponsorship that best fits your exhibiting needs.

FOR FULL SPONSORSHIP EXPOSURE, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE FEB 1ST, 2012.

To see our sponsor details, visit: http://www.linuxfestnorthwest.org/sponsorship

***Volunteering***

If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up for the mailing list located at the top of the website. It will provide more details. You can also check the 'I want to volunteer' box when registering.

***Connect with us***

The LFNW twitter feed is @lfnw. Use the #lfnw hash tag if you're gabbing about LFNW.

Friend us on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Linux...t/239548517285

The full linuxfestnorthwest.org site and registration will come live around Feb 1st 2012.

We're looking forward to another great Fest. Tell your friends, and get on board at linuxfestnorthwest.org

See you there!

LFNW Crew
