Did you see the minister standing behind her when she "wasn't commenting" on it? He was cracking himself up laughing. Not sure what was so funny but he had a lovely giggle.

Yeah, I did. My 2 guess on that are-
1- Gillard had a zipper/toilet paper/etc problem, visible from where he was standing. LOL
2- They have already 'leaked' who they think did it (China).

Yep, they wont talk about these type of matters publicly but they will leak out via the Australian media who they suspect did it. I'm not sure if the government is trying to confuse the Australian people or if the the government is confused. Either way it seems as though the buck stops with, or the joke is on, the "real Julia".
