zLinux Network Device Bonding

Dear,

I am trying to create a HA demo by using SUSE Enterprise High Availability Entension on Linux on System z. According to the manual, several Ethernet devices can be aggregated to a single bonding device. But on my zLinux, which is a guest of z/VM and it is connect to a vSwitch. I can't see and bond any Ethernet devices in the YAST.

I want to do Network Device Bonding to make the network more available. Cloud you please tell me how to do it in the zLinux on z/VM.

Thank you!

If the vendors to whom your organization pays significant license fees are unable to help, I'd suggest you'll have more luck on the linux-390 listserv.

The bonding driver is a kernel config option. IBM AIX is very similar to Linux (it's UNIX), and the AIX site has every conceivable subject manualized.
